01General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the z baji platform and all of its services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between z baji and the user ("Member"). By accessing the platform or creating an account, the Member is considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users across Bangladesh. If any Member disagrees with any part of these Terms, they are advised to stop using the platform immediately.

z baji reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible of any changes. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published will be taken as the Member's agreement to those revisions.

1.1 Nature of Services

z baji is an online entertainment platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live casino and virtual gaming services. All games and betting options displayed on the platform are designed for entertainment purposes.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by applicable law. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.

02Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account at z baji. If these requirements are not met, registration will not be accepted, and z baji reserves the right to close any ineligible account at any time.

2.1 Age and Identity

• The Member must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• A valid national identity card or passport must be held and provided for verification when required.
• The name, date of birth and contact details provided must be accurate and up to date.
• Each Member may operate only one account.

2.2 Registration Process

When creating an account, the Member must provide a valid mobile number and email address. The phone number will be verified via OTP. Identity verification (KYC) may be required at any time after registration. Withdrawals may be limited or blocked until KYC is completed.

2.3 One Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, z baji reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated funds.

03Account Security and Responsibility

Each Member is fully responsible for ensuring the security of their account. Keeping login credentials, passwords and OTP codes confidential at all times is the Member's own responsibility.

3.1 Password Security

• Passwords must always be strong and unique.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party is prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately.
• The Member will be responsible for any unauthorised access unless it can be proven that the fault lay within z baji's own systems.

3.2 Account Sharing Prohibited

Allowing anyone else to use your account, or using another person's account yourself, is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this rule, the accounts involved may be permanently closed.

3.3 Device and Session Security

z baji uses SSL encryption in every session to keep Member data secure. Members are nonetheless advised not to log in on shared or public devices and to always log out after use.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

z baji supports deposits and withdrawals through the most widely used mobile financial services and banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Members can add funds to their account through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and any other scheduled bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after verification. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals should always be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Funds from an account can only be sent to the mobile number or bank account provided at the time of registration.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.3 Source of Funds

The Member must ensure that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. If funds from an illegal or suspicious source are identified, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

05Bonuses and Promotions

z baji offers bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time. This section sets out the terms for receiving and using bonuses in detail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; this bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal, meaning ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various regular promotions are available including weekly reloads, slots festivals, cricket mania and birthday rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, validity period and maximum limit, which are clearly stated on the promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is prohibited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
• z baji reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Unless clearly stated otherwise, a promotion may only be used once per Member.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity at z baji is governed by specific rules. Members must be aware of these rules.

6.1 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the event is delayed beyond its scheduled start time or is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, a refund will be issued in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a bet is affected by any technical error, server outage or connectivity issue, z baji reserves the right to void the bet or provide reasonable compensation. Bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error may not be accepted.

6.3 Game Results

All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every result independent and unpredictable. For live casino games, the result announced by the live dealer is considered final.

6.4 Maximum Bet Amount

The maximum bet amount may vary across different games and events and is stated on the relevant game or market page. z baji reserves the right to limit any Member's bet amount or to determine how many bets it will accept on any event.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at z baji. If any of these are proven, the account will be closed immediately.

• Match fixing or collusive betting using one or more accounts.
• Bonus arbitrage — that is, placing opposing bets on the same event across different accounts in order to avoid losses.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts for betting or gaming.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Intimidating or harassing other Members.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors for gain.

08Account Suspension and Closure

z baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in certain circumstances.

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Refusing to complete the identity verification process.
• Operating multiple accounts.

8.2 Member Request

A Member may request to close or temporarily suspend their own account at any time. This option is part of the responsible gaming policy and can be activated directly through support.

8.3 Funds After Account Closure

In the event of account closure by z baji, the settlement of funds will depend on the outcome of the investigation. If a breach of these Terms is proven, the associated funds, bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

09Responsible Gaming

z baji believes that gaming for entertainment is enjoyable only when done in a controlled and planned way. Our responsible gaming guidelines help Members build healthy gaming habits.

9.1 Self-Limitation Options

Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits or session time limits. These options can be activated from account settings or with the help of the support team.

9.2 Protection of Minors

No one under the age of 21 may use the platform. Parents can use parental control software to prevent their children from accessing online gaming sites.

11Limitation of Liability

This section clarifies the limits of z baji's legal liability. Members use the platform knowingly and voluntarily, accepting the associated risks.

11.1 Gaming Losses

z baji is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming or betting. All bets and games are placed at the member's own discretion and risk. Members should never wager an amount whose loss would cause them financial hardship.

11.2 Technical Disruptions

z baji is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection, device failure, or issues with third-party services. However, if a problem arises from z baji's own servers or systems, reasonable steps will be taken to provide a remedy.

11.3 Third-Party Game Providers

z baji is not directly liable for the software or results of game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution. However, if any complaint is submitted through the support team, assistance will be provided to the best of our ability.

12Changes to Terms & Contact

z baji periodically reviews these terms and reserves the right to amend them for service improvements, legal changes, or any other reason.

12.2 Effective Date
